Strict Scope & Boundaries (What Is NOT Included)
To guarantee laser focus on world-class image capture and finishing, this package covers principal photography and master asset delivery exclusively.
No Production Management or Location Scouting: Client, agency, or studio production teams provide all locations, call sheets, stage holds, and shot lists.
No Permitting or Clearance Services: Film/photo municipal permits, credentials/press passes, property releases, and city filings must be secured directly by the client or studio production team prior to shoot day.
No Hair, Makeup, or Wardrobe Services: Glam and styling teams are not managed or provided. Talent must arrive camera-ready or utilize client-hired HMUA/stylists.
No External Crew, Catering, or Logistics Coordination: Sourcing third-party vendors, motorhome greenrooms, catering, or stage logistics remains the sole responsibility of the client's production unit.
Premium Add-Ons & Rush Delivery
Same-Day Express Delivery (+ $2,800): Complete delivery of all 110 fully retouched master assets within 12 to 14 hours of wrap (essential for immediate press embargo lifts, global media blasts, and award show recap releases).
Next-Day Priority Rush (+ $1,400): Full retouched gallery delivered within 24 to 36 hours.
Additional Camera Time: $950 per additional 30 minutes on set.
Additional Retouched Assets: $95 per image.
Logistics, Travel & Discretion
Included Coverage Area: Full travel coverage across Greater Los Angeles (Beverly Hills, Hollywood compounds, Century City stages, Downtown LA, Santa Monica, Malibu).
Extended Travel & Out-of-State: Shoots requiring travel outside Greater Los Angeles (Montecito, Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, or international junket locations) are quoted separately based on travel day rates and expenses.
NDA & Security Execution: Strict adherence to non-disclosure agreements, security protocols, digital embargoes, and high-profile talent privacy guidelines is fully integrated into every booking.
Booking & Contract Execution
Due to strict calendar holds and high-profile production commitments, dates are strictly limited. Production dates are locked upon receipt of a 50% retainer and an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA).
